I've tested some lights and picked some of the best lights for Glock 43X based on price, brightness, fit, and strength. These lights are good for hiding and seeing things in the dark.

Streamlight TLR 7 SUB - Most Compact

The Streamlight TLR 7 SUB is the best light for Glock 43X for the money based on my personal testing. It's a smaller version of the TLR 7A Flex with all the great features & beam performance. I highly recommend this product for its size, performance and price for low light CQB use.

CQB Illumination - Lights up everything within 30 - 40 yards in low light CQB fighting distances with this small light

Uses Just 1 CR123A - The light runs on just 1 CR123A battery. It's can power up to 500 lumens & 5000 candela  but it's only useable in low light CQB environments.

Surefire XSC Micro - Best For CCW

The SurFire XSC Micro is the newest duty grade Surefire product built for compact pistols like the Glock 43X. At first, I wasn't going to recommend this light because the lumen intensity wasn't too bright, but then I realize since most compact lights recommended on this list are for CQB use only.

Fast and Easy Battery Swap -  It has a special battery that's easy to detach and recharge. I think it's a nice design, but the battery should be contained inside the unit instead of being exposed.

Olight BALDR MINI – Best Compact Light With Green Laser

I have received the Olight BALDR Mini from Olight, and it's an excellent laser and light combo for the Glock 43X non railed model. I had to use the Recover Tactical GR43 Adapter. For the light performance itself it's good for the money users spend can expect. It's strong and has a rechargeable battery, perfect for endless training.

Quick and Precise Targeting - Aim quickly at close-range targets using the laser without looking away. The bright green laser can be seen up to 120 meters away in the dark.

Minimized Bore Offset - The green laser pointer sits closer to the bore for better accuracy with minimal offset.

Adjustable Position Slider -  Slid the light to any position close to the trigger guard and lock it in place for better reach.

USB Rechargeable – You can charge the light with a USB cable. This means you can practice using it as much as you want without needing to buy new batteries.

Crimson Trace LL 803 Laserguard - Fastest Activation Switch

The Crimson Trace LL 803 is our laser pick for the Glock 43X with no rail. It's similar to the Streamlight TLR 6, but it features the instinctive light activation system to assist poor gross motor skill under stress. 

This light shines up to 150 Lumens. That's 50% brighter than the TLR6. Plus, its 5mW red laser helps you aim quickly and accurately for any close range shots.

Super Low Profile - The CT LL 803 fits snugly on the gun frame around the trigger. Just use a wrench and a few screws to secure it.

Streamlight TLR 6 - Smallest Size

The Streamlight TLR 6 is for the Glock 43X without a rail. It attaches right to the gun's trigger guard. In my opinion, this is not the most brightest light for a subcompact gun, it's small and streamlined to fit on the Glock 43 for holster carry. The 100 lumen intensity is enough to light up a room, but definitely not recommended for anything else.

Sleek Body Profile - The TLR 6 Glock 43 light fits the shape of the Glock 43 around the trigger. It lines up with the muzzle and doesn't get caught when putting it in a holster.

Quick Targeting - Use the laser light to aim quickly without needing to line up the regular sights or look away from your target.
