Use Recover Tactical GR43 Adapter on a non-railed Glock 43 to accept pic rail lights.
Streamlight TLR 7 HL X - Best Overall
The brand new Streamlight TLR 7 HL X is now the most up-to-date TLR 7 model, offering twice the lumen output and four times more throw for better visibility in the dark. The USB rechargeable SLB9 battery enhances the light's output, and the new light head is the key to its increased brightness without altering its overall profile.
Massively Improved Throw - Lights up everything within 40 to 80 yards in low light similar to a full size light.
Rechargeable Battery - The new SLB9 battery provides much more output for more throw
Responsive / Snag Free Switches - I can easily activate the light simply by pushing the toggle button from either sides. Super responsive switches that just work even when my fingers feel stiff in the cold weather.
Pros
- Redesigned control switch for better ergonomics
- Same beam performance as TLR 7A
- Front loading battery installation without light removal
- Non snag profile for CCW
Cons
- Doesn't include other rail mounts
- Lengthy strobe mode activation in the field
Streamlight TLR 7 SUB - Most Compact
The Streamlight TLR 7 SUB is the best light for Glock 43X for the money based on my personal testing. It's a smaller version of the TLR 7A Flex with all the great features & beam performance. I highly recommend this product for its size, performance and price for low light CQB use.
CQB Illumination - Lights up everything within 30 - 40 yards in low light CQB fighting distances with this small light
Uses Just 1 CR123A - The light runs on just 1 CR123A battery. It's can power up to 500 lumens & 5000 candela but it's only useable in low light CQB environments.
Strobe Mode Available - Streamlight's TEN TAPS programming.
Features:
- 500 Lumens
- 5000 Candela - 120 Meter Throw
- 1 CR123A Battery
- Side Toggle Switches
Pros
- Redesigned control switch for better ergonomics
- Same beam performance as TLR 7A
- Front loading battery installation without light removal
- Non snag profile for CCW
Cons
- Doesn't include other rail mounts
- Lengthy strobe mode activation in the field
Surefire XSC Micro - Best For CCW
Referenced Surefire
The SurFire XSC Micro is the newest duty grade Surefire product built for compact pistols like the Glock 43X. At first, I wasn't going to recommend this light because the lumen intensity wasn't too bright, but then I realize since most compact lights recommended on this list are for CQB use only.
Flush Muzzle Fit - The light fits flush to the muzzle for smooth holstering without any extra length sticking out for concealed carry
Superior Concealability - Glock 43X users can easily conceal carry the light with the gun in any high quality holster.
Bright Light For Its Size - 350 lumens of white light is ideal for close range illumination, but not for long range illumination due to lack to candela output.
Fast and Easy Battery Swap - It has a special battery that's easy to detach and recharge. I think it's a nice design, but the battery should be contained inside the unit instead of being exposed.
Features:
- 350 Lumens
- 2000 Candela - 60 Meters Throw
- USB Rechargeable
- Side Toggle Switches
Pros
- Redesigned control switch for better ergonomics
- Slightly lower lumen than TLR 7 Sub
- Rechargeable battery
- Built in battery indicator
Cons
- Light for Glock 43 doesn't include mount for Hellcat or P365
- A bit expensive for what it actually can do
Olight BALDR MINI – Best Compact Light With Green Laser
I have received the Olight BALDR Mini from Olight, and it's an excellent laser and light combo for the Glock 43X non railed model. I had to use the Recover Tactical GR43 Adapter. For the light performance itself it's good for the money users spend can expect. It's strong and has a rechargeable battery, perfect for endless training.
Quick and Precise Targeting - Aim quickly at close-range targets using the laser without looking away. The bright green laser can be seen up to 120 meters away in the dark.
Minimized Bore Offset - The green laser pointer sits closer to the bore for better accuracy with minimal offset.
Adjustable Position Slider - Slid the light to any position close to the trigger guard and lock it in place for better reach.
USB Rechargeable – You can charge the light with a USB cable. This means you can practice using it as much as you want without needing to buy new batteries.
Features:
- 600 Lumens
- 4225 Candela - 130 Meter Throw
- USB Rechargeable
- Side Toggle Switches
Pros
- Adjustable mount position for better finger indexing
- Very bright lumen output & flood
- USB Rechargeable battery

- Adapter rail required
- Charging port attracts metal

Crimson Trace LL 803 Laserguard - Fastest Activation Switch
The Crimson Trace LL 803 is our laser pick for the Glock 43X with no rail. It's similar to the Streamlight TLR 6, but it features the instinctive light activation system to assist poor gross motor skill under stress.
This light shines up to 150 Lumens. That's 50% brighter than the TLR6. Plus, its 5mW red laser helps you aim quickly and accurately for any close range shots.
Super Low Profile - The CT LL 803 fits snugly on the gun frame around the trigger. Just use a wrench and a few screws to secure it.
Instinctive Light Activation - Turn on the device just by holding the gun! It's that simple, even in the dark or if you're feeling shaky.
Pros
- Instant activation when gripping the gun
- Very bright lumen output & flood
- USB Rechargeable battery
Cons
- Light turns on when gripping the gun
- Installation takes time
Streamlight TLR 6 - Smallest Size
The Streamlight TLR 6 is for the Glock 43X without a rail. It attaches right to the gun's trigger guard. In my opinion, this is not the most brightest light for a subcompact gun, it's small and streamlined to fit on the Glock 43 for holster carry. The 100 lumen intensity is enough to light up a room, but definitely not recommended for anything else.
Sleek Body Profile - The TLR 6 Glock 43 light fits the shape of the Glock 43 around the trigger. It lines up with the muzzle and doesn't get caught when putting it in a holster.
Quick Targeting - Use the laser light to aim quickly without needing to line up the regular sights or look away from your target.
Ambi Control - Activating the light from either side simply by pressing the push-button. Works for lefties and righties.
Features:
- 100 Lumens (2000 Candela)
- 80 meters throw
- No Strobe
- 1.12 oz
The lumen intensity isn't the best compared to what are on the market today. We highly recommend getting options 1-3 and mount it with the Recover Tactical GR43 Picatinny Adapter Rail
Pros
- Activation felt easier than it looks
- Very streamlined design for CCW
- Very bright for its size
Cons
- Difficult to install
- Not for mid range use
- Uninstallation required to swap battery
