The Viridian R5 Gen 2 is a laser only device made for the M&P Shield 9 and 40. It's a laser that serves as a fast aiming reference point without sight picture alignment.

The laser is green, which is 50X brighter to see than a red laser. Most times in the dark the green laser sight can almost illuminate a large area of the scene, especially in a small room.

The battery lasts up to 5 hours, 3X more than the Gen 1 model.
