Holosun 507K X2 - Best Overall
Highly recommend milled slide mount for the BEST fit without losing zero
The Holosun HS507K X2 micro RMSc red dot sight is one of the best red dot sight for Hellcat and it fit flush with the width of the slide.

Snag free holster draw - The red dot sight can go in and out of the holster smoothly without getting in the way for IWB and OWB holsters.
Activates via motion sensor - The Holosun ShakeAwake technology instantly activates the red dot reticle upon sensing motion & deactivates when not in motion to save more battery juice (CR1632 battery)
Recoil Proven Glass Lens - Handles +P ammo and the reticle retains zero
Simple battery change without hassle - Access battery from the side tray instead of the bottom. No sight removal or re-zeroing required
Features:

Swampfox Sentinel - Best For The Money
Mount DIRECTLY To Hellcat Optic Ready Slide Without Any Mod
Why Try This One - The Swampfox Sentinel is one of the top selling red dots for Hellcat. It mounts DIRECTLY to Hellcat OSP slide without any mod
7075 Body - Hard coated 7075 T6 aluminum body just like the 507K X2 for reliable duty carry but with a much slimmer lens hood profile
Extra Protection - Mount IRONSLIDES SHIELD to beef up the lens hood from barricade racking, drop and other physical impact to protect the internals. (Buy as additional accessory)
Low Profile Lens Hood - Aim with both eyes open without thick lens frame getting in the way
Manual Model - Shake ‘N Wake motion sensing preserves battery life when Sentinel-M has been still for about 4 minutes. With new motion, Sentinel-M resumes its previous brightness level. Highly recommend manual version for indoor low light use.

Shield RMSc Best For Astigmatic Eyes
Will Mount DIRECTLY To Hellcat Slide Without Any Mod
Why use Shield RMSc – The Shield RMSc Hellcat optic shares the same mounting footprint as the original RMS red dot. The 4 or 8 MOA makes this a great range optic for users with astigmatism.

Polymer lens for endurance - Withstand up to 10X greater shock impact than glass optics plus minimal lens reflection
Super lightweight for CCW - Carry it any where you go without feeling like there is weight on you.
The optic is powered by one CR2032 battery that lasts about 2 years (recommended to switch out every year). The dot offers 4 or 8 MOA size dots, which are both great for handgun use, especially for the close distance the Hellcat is roughly designed to shoot.

Common FAQ
Does Trijicon RMRcc Fit On Hellcat OSP?
Trijicon RMRcc is an awesome sub compact red dot sight, BUT it will not fit on the optic ready Hellcat slide.
Trijicon RMRcc is longer than the factory slide cut
CHPWS makes awesome adapter plates, but this one does not provide the best solution for mounting a Trijicon RMRcc on the Hellcat.
Here is why:
Need to trim the screw length so it sits flush after reaching 20 in lb before putting RMRcc on top
Even with the plate adapter, the optic just sits too tall, can't use back up iron sights, too bulky, not practical, and NOT aesthetically pleasing.
