Griffin Armament builds their pistol barrels to a standard most manufacturers never attempt. Every critical machining operation is completed in a single work holding, which means tighter tolerances and consistent results from one batch to the next. The result is a drop-in barrel that shoots at sub-MOA accuracy ratings and carries a lifetime guarantee.

The material is 416R pre-hardened chromium stainless steel, chosen for its ability to maintain peak accuracy through a full service life. A black nitride finish adds surface hardness while protecting against wear and corrosion.

The chamber is honed and polished to SAAMI spec, and broach cut rifling keeps bore stress low and uniformity high across the length of the barrel. A target crowned muzzle and 1/2-28 threading round out the package, with the thread pattern supporting suppressors and other muzzle accessories.
